Return Eligibility
● Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
● To qualify, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
● You must email us first to obtain return authorization and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization will be refused.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at hellobommo@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Include your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following:
● Opened supplements, including softgels or pills
● Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and plants
● Personal care items
● Custom or personalized products
● Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
● Sale items and gift cards

Delivery Confirmation and Chargebacks
● All orders include tracking. If the carrier marks an order Delivered at the address provided at checkout, BOMMO is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
● If your package shows as Delivered but you have not received it, please first:
– Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
– Check with household members, neighbors, or building management to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.
● Orders that show Delivered are not eligible for refunds.
● Filing a chargeback on an order that is confirmed Delivered violates our store policy and will not result in a refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to place a new order and then return the unopened item you have. Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been delivered to us and inspected.
● If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
● Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
● Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
