Shipping policy
NOTE: Due to our large inventory and multiple warehouse locations, items in your order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you will never be charged extra shipping fees.
Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order verification, packing, and dispatch.
Shipping Times

USA Orders (including Alaska, Hawaii, and territories): Typically 10–18 business days.

International Orders: Typically 15–30 business days, depending on location. Some European and remote countries may take up to 40 days.

During peak seasons or restocking of high-demand items, shipping may take up to 2–3 weeks.
Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout once your order has shipped.

Tracking is available for most shipments. In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen carrier issues.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel or change the order.

Shipping addresses may only be updated if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
Delivery Confirmation & Chargebacks

All orders come with tracking numbers. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, BOMMO is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Customers who open chargebacks for orders that show “Delivered” in the tracking system will not be eligible for refunds.
Customer Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. BOMMO is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
