Shipping policy

NOTE: Due to our large inventory and multiple warehouse locations, items in your order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you will never be charged extra shipping fees.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment.

  • Please allow 2–3 business days for order verification, packing, and dispatch.

Shipping Times

  • USA Orders (including Alaska, Hawaii, and territories): Typically 10–18 business days.

  • International Orders: Typically 15–30 business days, depending on location. Some European and remote countries may take up to 40 days.

  • During peak seasons or restocking of high-demand items, shipping may take up to 2–3 weeks.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking is available for most shipments. In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen carrier issues.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel or change the order.

  • Shipping addresses may only be updated if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Delivery Confirmation & Chargebacks

  • All orders come with tracking numbers. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, BOMMO is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Customers who open chargebacks for orders that show “Delivered” in the tracking system will not be eligible for refunds.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. BOMMO is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
